OUR BELIEFS

ON GOD

We believe that God is the Creator of all things and the Author of life. Humanity was created in His image with dignity and purpose, yet through sin has fallen from original righteousness and is in need of redemption through a Saviour.

ON SALVATION

We believe that salvation is received by grace through faith in the life, death, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. Through faith in Him, a person is justified before God and experiences the new birth, becoming a new creation through the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.

ON THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, bringing new life, spiritual transformation, and power for service. The Spirit produces Christlike character through spiritual fruit and equips believers through spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

ON WATER BAPTISM

We believe water baptism is an important step of obedience in the believer’s faith journey. It is an outward expression of inward transformation, symbolizing identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

ON THE SCRIPTURES

We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative, and trustworthy Word of God. It reveals God’s nature, His purposes, and His will for humanity, and serves as the final authority for faith, life, and practice.

ON JESUS CHRIST

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, revealed the Father, and willingly gave His life as a substitutionary atoning sacrifice for the sins of humanity. He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now serves as our living High Priest and Advocate.

ON DIVINE HEALING

We believe that healing for the whole person — body, soul, and spirit — is provided through the redemptive work of Christ. God continues to bring healing according to His will and invites believers to pray in faith for restoration and wholeness

ON THE SECOND COMING

We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ at a time appointed by God. His return will bring the fulfillment of His Kingdom purposes and the restoration of all things according to His promise.

ON COMMUNION

We believe the Lord’s Supper is an important act of obedience and remembrance instituted by Jesus Christ. Through communion we remember His sacrifice, proclaim His death, and affirm our participation in His body until He comes again.
